Plug in your dongle

Plug the dongle directly into your computer — no USB hub
Use Chrome or Edge on Windows or macOS
Allow about 10 minutes and keep it plugged in until it's done

Your browser will ask you to pick a device. Choose Heavys Beacon and click Connect.
